Director of Consumer Applications and Analytics: RCM Technologies

Our client is looking for someone with 10 years of hands on experience in IT/Marketing (.com) with a focus on Internet technologies and 7 years of supervisory experience who will support business objectives and goals of the IT Department by leading major functional areas including internal web-based applications and external customer-centric marketing and self service applications. You will be responsible for all aspects of delivery, support, and availability of e-Business applications.

• Proactively work with peer business leaders to design, deliver, and support Internet/Intranet applications to support the needs and requirements of the business.

• Prioritize technical development activities with stakeholders based on strategic and tactical importance with the organization

• Manage and mentor a diverse team of technical, professional, talented individuals comprised of Software Development (Java & .NET), User Experience, Graphic Design, Project Management, Business Analysis.

• Increase the strategic value of the department to the organization through the awareness and education of Internet enabled technologies and solutions.

• Ensure existing applications are kept current with technology and functionality advances on an on-going basis.

• Work through team members to analyze system malfunctions and technical problems including root cause analysis to insure minimal interruptions in operations.

• Fulfill general managerial responsibilities including budgets, controls functions.
