Position Overview

Jitterbug is seeking a Marketing Administrator with a minimum of 3 years administrative experience in a sales or marketing environment to be an integral member of a fast-paced, growing Marketing Team. This person will regularly interface with executives, business partners and internal business units to achieve departmental objectives. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to use their excellent interpersonal and administrative skills while expanding their knowledge of marketing to prepare for the next step in their career.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper processing and tracking of monthly marketing expenses
• Project-based research and competitive analysis
• Calendar management and meeting coordination
• Travel arrangements
• Maintain ongoing records and meeting documentation
• Assist with preparation of executive level presentations and reports
• Other duties as requested

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or associates degree + 3 years administrative support experience in a sales or marketing environment
• Sound understanding of the principles of marketing
• High level of confidentiality
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written skills are required.
• Strong attention to detail and good math skills
• Well-organized and accustomed to managing multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
• Ability to manage time efficiently and work with minimal supervision.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint is required.
