Part time Teller
Tesson Ferry, St. Louis MO
In this dynamic role your primary responsibilities will include processing both individual and commercial transactions, cross-selling banking products and services as well as assisting in other areas of bank operations. Additionally, your responsibilities in the branch will include performing the following duties:
· Greet customers and establish a quality service environment by displaying a friendly and courteous mood
· Servicing customers by accepting and processing transactions with accuracy within policy guidelines (e.g. deposits, withdrawals, payments, etc.)
· Refer large withdrawals and account closures to sales staff for retention efforts
· Proactively seek out and maintain basic knowledge of bank products and services
· Identify sales opportunities and make referrals to the appropriate sales representative
· Actively participate in sales events, including in-aisle sales (where applicable)
We are seeking talented individuals with the following qualifications:
· High School diploma or general education degree (GED) or currently attaining high school diploma working through a co-op program
· At least six months of previous retail cash handling experience
· Excellent customer service skills
· Ability to use a PC and alpha/numeric keyboard
