Web Content Specialist/WriterPosition descriptionThe Web Content Specialist/Writer will ensure service center content is complete and accurate. Associates in this position will create, revise, test, conduct quality assurance, and maintain content, as well as facilitate the audit and update of current content in conjunction with subject matter experts in various business areas. Web Content Specialist will also assist with design of content layout and make recommendations regarding templates, navigation, and other functionality. Hiring criteria Effective communication
