Account Administration Representative

QUALIFICATIONS: Proficiency in math, data entry, typing, spelling and grammar for which tests are required. (Testing required: Math test minimum score of 15/20 questions correct. Typing test minimum score of 30 wpm. Alphanumeric Data Entry minimum score of 6000 keystrokes per hour.) All candidates are required to pass these tests except for the current AAR's at the CSC. Successful customer service track record. This position will be filled at the Murphy Canyon Road location in San Diego, CA.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum of 2 years experience in accounting, finance or related field. Experience with operations of peripheral equipment such as printers, or magnetic tape equipment and knowledge of operating system commands such as MVS/ESA and JES2 mainframe application and tape management systems. Experience with mainframe application and computer transation processing.
SKILLS: Ability to diagnose, analyze and solve a variety of quantitative and qualitative problems. Ability to Communication clearly and professionally. Excellent conflict resolution and decision making capabilities. Ability to work productively at multiple tasks. Willing to learn new tasks and adapt to new business requirements.
DUTIES: Perform the account maintenance, billing, reconciliation reporting and customer service related activities. Perform database maintenance and research tasks to support the contracts administration, cash control operations and assignment of medical record numbers.
