Ocean Spray is seeking a degreed Operations Supervisor with 3-5 years of supervisory/management level experience in the food processing/packaging industry. Responsibilities will include managing all production activities including quality assurance, safety, maintenance support, and adherence to preventive maintenance procedures.
This position requires the ability to analyze and evaluate key production/operation indicators; apply corrective actions; implement cost savings initiatives; develop and analyze capital and expense budgets; and provide direction, coaching, and support to team members.


Qualified candidates must have a Bachelor's Degree in Food Science or related discipline; possess excellent interpersonal relations and communication skills; and be willing to work shifts as required in a 24/7 operation.
