Minimum

· Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science or related fiel

· 5-8 years experience in software engineering

· 3 years experience with Active Server Pages (ASP), Visual Basic 6 COM Development, and ADO

· 3-5 years experience developing web applications / web services utilizing Microsoft .NET v2.0 through v3.5

· 3-5 years experience in database design, database programming, procedure tuning, and SSIS package design using SQL Server 2000-2008

· 2-5 years experience working with XML, XSL, and SOAP

· Software Engineers need to excel in teamwork, critical thinking, adaptability, analysis/problem assessment, initiative, and planning & organizing

· A detailed understanding of distributed architectures and data-driven web sites is a critical success factor for the position, as well as a working knowledge of Service Oriented Architectures

Preferred

· 2-4 years experience working with MS-Build/Team Build for Team Foundation Server

· Experience in HR technology or HR-XML

· Experience with software build processes

· Microsoft Silverlight development
