The Provident Bank, a multi-billion dollar bank with branches in ten counties is seeking a dynamic, and experienced branch manager for our de novo branch in Clifton. Knowledge of the market area a plus.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Ensure the delivery and management of sales goals, expense targets, operational standards, staff management and customer experience goals.
  • Develops and promotes good community relations.
  • Oversees the general supervision of all activities within the branch according to established policies.
  • Assures sales and expense goals
  • Assures operations standards are met.
  • Assures staff management and development.
  • Assures customer experience and community involvement standards are achieved.
  • Other duties as required.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • High School diploma or equivalent required. AIB/CFT coursework helpful. Insurance license a plus.
  • 5+ years progressive banking experience including supervisory responsibilities. Branch operations experience strongly preferred.
  • 3-5 years experience as a branch sales manager is preferred..
  • Knowledge of sales principles and practices, retail banking procedures and policies as well as branch operations.
  • Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills.
