Description
Ovations Enterprise Services provides a variety of services, including Claims Processing and Customer Care, to all Ovations organizations. Ovations is a family of UnitedHealth Group businesses dedicated to improving the health and well-being of Americans ages 50 and older.
Monday through Friday: 11am - 8pm (4 days per week) and 1pm - 10pm (the other day)
Position Description:
This position will have oversight for Supervisors who support claims teams.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Managing and accountable for claims metrics including timeliness, quality and production standards.
- Coaching supervisors to become high performers; responsible for excellent communication and partnerships with other claims management, claims teams and executives as called upon.
- Networking with internal and external customers.
- Delivering on commitments to customers.
- Employee engagement, development of process improvements and efficiencies and for building a positive and productive culture.
- Schedule is: M-F 11am - 8pm (4 days per week) and 1pm - 10pm (the other day).
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- 5 - 10 years Management experience is required.
- Experience supervising at least 75+ employees is required.
- Experience managing Supervisors is strongly desired.
- Operational experience, managing production / quality standards is strongly preferred.
- Knowledge or experience of Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing is a plus.
- College degree is preferred.
