Research Scientists, Senior Scientists

1. Scientist with Neutralizing antibody assay

2. Scientist with immunogenity / cell-based assay

3. Scientist with ELISA

San Diego, CA and Princeton, NJ positions available

Responsibilities include:

Perform development, validation, and sample analysis assays for drugs and antibodies to drugs, from biological samples. Perform ELISAs and advanced technologies (including but not limited to technologies such as: MesoScale; Luminex; robotics; automation; etc.).

Work is performed under the general supervision of Laboratory Director, Senior Group Leader or Group Leader, using applicable SOPs and GLP guidelines.

Requirements:

Require one scientist with strong pharmacokinetics expertise

Require one scientist with strong cell-based assay expertise including neutralization of anitibody assay experience

Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in the Natural Sciences plus relevant experience. Knowledge of development and validation of ligand and antibody based binding assays, and sample extraction procedures, including relevant scientific theory as applicable. Basic understanding of statistics and relevant technologies are necessary. Good understanding of GLP guidelines.
