Call Center Specialist Job Overview
Under minimal supervision responsible for professionally, efficiently and accurately processing members requests in confidential and manner. Cultivate and retain member accounts by determining nature and extent of each members financial needs.
Daily Job Duties
Ability to recommend appropriate products to members based on member needs
Demonstrates the ability to utilize the tools and resources available to complete job functions
Opens and closes member accounts
Assist member with difficult problems involving research, as well as being able to refer the member to the appropriate person/department when necessary.
Take requests for wire transfers, stop payments and EFT disputes
Answers member questions and provides information regarding Credit Union products and services
Ability to identify member product and service needs
