We are currently seeking a hands-on professional to join our team. You will supervise manufacturing activities to ensure production of quality products and employee safety in a modern machine shop environment. Ideal candidate must have experience machining steel with CNC lathe and/or machining centers, cutting tools and fixturing. Continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, and problem solving/ communication skills also needed. Strong leadership abilities, familiarity with and ISO/TS quality systems are desired. Three years manufacturing supervision experience is required: Associate degree preferred. We offer a competitive starting wage and benefit package.
