Under the general supervision of the Director of Laboratory and the direct supervision of the Laboratory Manager, the Phlebotomy Supervisor or designated Shift Supervisor. The Phlebotomist provides clinical laboratory services to patients in accordance with Departmental and Hospital standards of care.


Completion of an approved Phlebotomy Training Program preferred.
Must have a BLS certificate
High school graduate or equivalent.
