RN Quality Manager - Harbor View Care Center (Skilled Nursing Facility)



RN Quality Manager

The RN Quality Manager will ensure compliance related to various systems and services provided in the facility, including documentation related to Medicare, medicaid (CMI) and all regulatory requirements. The RN Quality manager will manage processes and outcomes related to the following:

  • MARs, TARs, and Medicare A documentation
  • Ensures proper documentation and review of resident condition changes, notification of MD and family as required
  • Ensures Medicare A documentation is appropriate
  • Reviews and corrects issues related to ADL flow records, Restorative, Wound Care, Skin Assessments
  • Conducts Psychotherapeutic Medication review with Rx and/or MD and DON

Appropriate candidate will possess the following:

  • Current RN license in the state of Texas
  • 3 years of successful experience in a Skilled Nursing Environment
  • Excellent leadership, management, communication and teamwork abilities
