Providence is calling RN Supervisor's
Manages the business, technical and patient support services for assigned clinic or clinics. Implements and manages all aspects of the medical clinic to support the strategic initiatives of PSMPG and the Southeast Washington Service Area. Supports the work of the Clinic Medical Director through joint accountability for customer satisfaction and complaint resolution and for clinic performance in meeting system and organizational goals while adhering to all compliance programs. Supports the mission and core values of Providence Health & Services through responsible and effective work performance.
We're seeking an individual who performs all duties in a manner that promotes teamwork and reflects the Mission and Philosophy of our founders, the Sisters of Providence.
Position Specifics.
This position is located at Providence St. Mary Medical Center in Walla Walla, WA. This is a fulltime, day shift position.
REQUIREMENTS
Other Qualifications: Knowledge of techniques of quality customer service. Knowledge of clinic practices and procedures. Demonstrated knowledge of managed care environment and third party payors and DSHS procedures and codes. Knowledge of management principles. Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in written communication. Ability to build consensus. Ability to develop and foster teamwork and collaborative relationships. Ability to apply critical thinking to issues. Ability to exercise tact and poise. Ability to work independently and exercise judgment. Ability to provide leadership direction, which supports an aligned approach to achieving the group's goals and leads to quality, effective patient care. Ability to formulate and manage budgets and other fiscal opportunities. Ability to assess clinic(s) competitive environment and develop business plans. Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with staff, physicians, and all customers. Ability to set objectives and goals to prioritize work demands. Demonstrated experience with word processing and spreadsheet software. Ability to physically perform the essential functions of the position.
Licenses/Certifications: None.
Experience: Licensed RN and/or Bachelor in Business Administration, with progressively responsible leadership experience in clinic management/medical office management. Significant experience may substitute for education.
