Admissions Advisors Inspire Talent by encouraging prospective students to enroll in graduate, undergraduate, and certificate programs designed to help them launch, enhance, or change careers in a diverse, global market.
Due to our unprecedented growth, we are seeking talented professional Admissions Advisors to help Inspire Talent via telephone. You'll use a consultative, persuasive approach via a high degree of outbound calls from our fast-paced On-Line Student Support Center. You'll determine student eligibility, make program recommendations, and guide applicants through the admission process.

Minimum Requirements:
· Associate's degree from an accredited school required or must be currently enrolled in an accredited bachelor's degree program.
· Demonstrated ability to use persuasive skills.
· Must be able to work some evening and weekend shifts
· Demonstrated ability to use Microsoft Office Outlook
· Ability to learn other systems and programs
Preferred Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree from an accredited school preferred
· 2 years sales experience
· May consider customer service or hospitality industry experience that demonstrates an ability to effectively use persuasive skills
· High commission or inside sales experience preferred, preferably sales of intangible products or services.
· Management experience is a plus.
· Ability to communicate accurately and positively by telephone, e-mail, and other media to students and internal customers
· Ability to follow processes, work effectively on a team, and maintain a positive attitude
