LVL II Staff RN - Clini
Qualifications: Current CA RN license AHA BLS certification. One (1)-year recent (within the last three (3) years) full time equivalent experience in pediatric acute care or pediatric ambulatory care. If performing Procedural Sedation, current PALS card required. Consistently supports compliance and the Principles of Responsibility (Kaiser Permanente's Code of Conduct) by maintaining the privacy and confidentiality of information, protecting the assets of the organization, acting with ethics and integrity, reporting non-compliance, and adhering to applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations, accreditation and licenser requirements (if applicable), and Kaiser Permanente's policies and procedures. Consistently demonstrating the knowledge, skills, abilities, and behaviors necessary to provide superior and culturally sensitive service to each other, to our members, and to purchasers, contracted providers and vendors. Preferred Qualifications: Bilingual (English/Spanish)Extensive knowledge and experience with pediatric procedures, growth and development, pediatric illnesses and treatments. One (1) year recent within the last three (3) years pediatric RN experience and pediatric telephone advice highly preferred. IV skills and chemotherapy certification or willingness to train.
Notes: This is an 8hr shift position, primarily day shifts but may required to work some evenings, weekends and holidays.
