MOSAIC, a not for profit organization that provides individualized services, living options, work choices, spiritual nurture and advocacy to people with developmental disabilities is now seeking a quality driven human services professional with the ability to teach and develop staff for the position of Behavior Support Coordinator. Mosaic is experiencing extensive growth throughout the state of Nebraska! Be part of an expansion team which will cultivate community based living options; filling a critical need for people with developmental disabilities. The Behavior Support Coordinator is responsible for the following: Develop and implement behavioral training programs designed to increase adaptive behaviors of individuals served and modify maladaptive or problem behaviors, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements Conduct ongoing behavior analysis through observations, review of data, and interviews. Recommend appropriate behavior intervention and support/consistency programs. Develop and train staff in Mandt and positive behavioral interventions. Assess individual client functioning and behavior across settings Coordinate and implement, with respective DSM's, behavior plans/supports. Successful candidate will possess the following: Bachelors Degree in human services or a related field. Minimum of one year experience in a related field. Experience working in the field of developmental disabilities or behavioral health serving individuals with high medical and behavioral needs desired.
