UnitedHealth Group has submitted a proposal in response to the TriCare Managed Care Support Contract Solicitation (also known as the "T-3 Solicitation"). TriCare is the health care program serving active duty service members, National Guard and Reserve members, retirees, their families, survivors and certain former spouses.

Position Description:
This individual will lead a team of QA Analysts responsible for designing software QA methods and procedures for use by QA and development staff to ensure all information systems meet minimum company standards and end user requirements. This individual will work closely with the other members of the development team and business areas to review the designs of systems, implement test plans, and test the quality of software products. Qualifications Qualifications:
Requirements:
- 5+ years Quality Assurance experience
- 3+ years leadership experience
- 5+ years experience with quality assurance tool
- 5+ years experience testing data warehouses and/or reporting solutions
- 5+ years experience with SQL
Assets:
- Healthcare experience
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience working with offshore teams
