Job Description:

Bayada Nurses, home care specialists, is seeking a dynamic, high-tech Registered Nurse (RN) to fill the position of full time Nursing Supervisor in our Garden City, NY office. The Clinical Manager position has responsibility to manage the clinical aspects of our adult cases. This would include initial and follow-up assessments of clients, development of treatment plans, as well as occasional supervisory visits to ensure our clinical staff is following the care plan correctly. This role takes place in the office managing documentation as well as in the field when doing home visits, which offers flexibility in your schedule.

Requirements:
· A current New York RN license.
· 3 years nursing experience.
· Vent/Trach Skills.
· Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
· Must be flexible and able to work independently.
