12 Hour Day Shift.
Do you have a passion for helping people? The Providence Extended Care Center, a
224-bed subacute and long-term care nursing and rehabilitation facility, is
currently seeking a highly qualified, full time LPN - Primary Care.
This Primary Care LPN will be part of the team providing resident care in the
Forget-Me-Not (dementia) unit, which has a total of 32 beds, and the Denali
Neighborhood, which has an additional 29 beds (8 of these are shared with the
Chugach Neighborhood).
The ideal candidate will have a desire to provide focused and compassionate
patient care, possess excellent customer service skills when dealing with
coworkers, patients and families, and be highly dependable. Must be a graduate
of an accredited school of nursing and have a current State of Alaska LPN
license.
