Marketing Analyst: Shield Healthcare

We have an immediate opening in our Valencia , CA corporate office for a Marketing Analyst. The primary function of this position is to design marketing research projects and analyze data. The successful candidate will have the responsibility of assisting the marketing manager in the development of market research objectives to help the organization meet its strategic goals.

Job Accountabilities:

· Analyzes current research and statistical techniques; evaluates latest research developments to expand market research methods

· Establishes research methods and means for collecting data and assists in conducting surveys and focus groups to analyze customer trends

· Researches market conditions, conducts feasibility studies, prepares reports and presents recommendations for action plans to management

· Works with IT to manage web analysis, Accounting and Sales departments to develop and optimize data

Qualifications

· BA or BS with concentration in Marketing and/or Market Research, Social Sciences, Business, Economics and Statistics

· 2 or more years of market research experience

· Extensive planning, research and analytical skills

· Proficient in MS Word, Excel and SPSS statistical software

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
