CTG is in immediate need of an Expert IBM pSeries Virtualization Architect for a 12 month + W2 Contract with our Fortune 20 customer in Bentonville , Arkansas .

Project Duration: 12 months + with potential for extensions

Project Location: Bentonville , Arkansas / Sorry, no telecommute option.

Shift: 1st shift/daytime with a 3rd shift pager rotation every six to seven weeks

Project Description: IBM pSeries Virtualization expert with excellent LINUX skills for the Client’s Home Office/Blade Center. This is a virtualization consultant/architect position where the focus will be on the UNIX/LINUX platforms.

Required Skills:

· Very strong AIX pSeries experience in a large enterprise environment

· Must have implemented and supported UNIX/LINUX Operating Systems – SuSE LINUX is used at the customer site

· Strong LINUX skills in an enterprise environment

· Virtualization of AIX and Linux using HMC, VIOS and LPAR on IBM pSeries servers

· Blade Center experience preferred

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills over the phone and in person

· Minimum of 10 to 15 years experience – really looking for a veteran architect on pSeries and LINUX technologies

· Must be able to work full time and onsite in Bentonville , Arkansas

Hourly pay rates are negotiable but must include travel/relocation expenses.
