Position Overview: Assist in the development and implementation of in-store and home office charitable campaigns. With minimal supervision, work closely with cross functional partners to execute campaigns. Maintain professional relationships with key contacts at charitable organizations. Communicate campaign status to team and senior executives.

Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

? Assist in development of in-store and home office charitable campaigns
? Work closely with cross functional partners in Marketing, Store Communications, Store Events, Planning, Legal and Finance to execute campaigns.
? Create and manage projectplans, being accountable for the timely meeting of deadlines and ensuring follow-through on all project details.
? Create and distribute timely communicate of campaign status to the team and senior executives.
? Build and maintain relationships with key contacts at charitable organizations.
? Maintain and update program and donation databases.
?Distribute and ship campaign information and collateral as required.
? Develop communication plans in support of individual campaigns.
? Provide campaign execution support in the field and at home office as required.
? Help managebudgeting process including invoice submission, accruals, and tracking of actual costs against the forecast.



Position Requirements:

? 1-2 years project management experience, preferable in a corporate environment.
? Exceptional writing, organizational and communication skills.
? Strategic thinking with strong analytical and problem solving skills.
? Ability to interact with senior executives and represent organization to external partners with a high level of professionalism.
? Highly organized with strong planning and project management skills.
? Ability to take ownership and work with minimal supervision.
?Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint,and Excel
