Seeking Human Resource Generalist with strong recruiting experience for direct hire position. HR Generalist will be involved with recruiting, benefits, employee relations and compensation surveys. Must have the ability to maintain confidential information and be proficient in the use and understanding of computer systems and standard office software. This position requires strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills and the ability to maintain positive and productive relationships with senior management. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS: Bachelor’s Degree in HR Management or related field PHR a plus 2-3 years experience with recruiting Strong working knowledge of Excel.
