External Description:

Everett WA. New Grad Resident Program. The openings are for all the of
med/surg/tele units with varying fte's. Our starting wage is $25.03/hr for newly
graduated nurses. Entry is individualized, and students begin as soon as they
receive their RN license. The length of the residency is often six weeks,
followed by another two weeks of orientation for the regular position the
resident will be moving into. Residents are assigned to a mentoring preceptor
for the entire program, and care for patients assigned to that preceptor.
