Calling all Technical Support professionals! Do you enjoy creative problem solving and making customer's happy? If so, you will not want to miss out on this exciting opportunity. We are seeking top candidates that possess a positive attitude, exceptional technical support skills and the ability to solve problems. As part of this team, your role will be to handle inbound calls, answering questions and resolve client issues by troubleshooting their problems the first time they call. A combination of being a good listener, articulate, patient, and the ability to explain a wide range of technical concepts to customers of varying levels of technical ability while maintaining a pleasant disposition makes you an ideal candidate for this exciting opportunity! Job Requirements: * Provide telephone, email, and chat support to customers* Resolves billing issues for customers/properties and generates receipts as needed* Assists customers in locating hotspots in their regions* Assists with the sign-up and management of memberships* Provides basic connection related support to end-users of our network* Answers email requests from customers* Identify and escalate technical issues* Learns, grows and contributes to our success!Qualifications:* Technical Call Center/Helpdesk experience strongly preferred * Must be available to work any schedule 24/7/365. (schedules are subject to change on a month-to-month basis, as necessary) * Minimum 35 wpm typing skills * Candidates must pass a pre-employment screen* Exceptional customer service/interpersonal skills * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Ability to analyze customer issues/problems * Working knowledge of PCs and NICs, data communications set-up, TCP/IP, SMTP at a user level, Windows 95, 98, 2000 XP, NT 4.0, MAC, TCP/IP, DHCP, Traceroute, SNMP a plus* High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or other continuing education a plus * Proficiency in other languages a plus * Linux/Unix knowledge/exposure preferred but not required* MCSE, MCP, Linux, Cisco, or other certifications a plus * Experience in hospitality/service industry environment a plus
