  • Greet customers in a friendly manner and ensure high quality customer service.
  • Answer phone according to the company telephone protocol.
  • Present and verify accuracy of all customer / patient paperwork.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments and follow-up visits.
  • Ensure smooth flow of customers through store.
  • Call customers for product waiting to be dispensed.
  • Maintain neat and orderly front desk and waiting room.



  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Effective interpersonal skills.
  • Must accurately transcribe words and numbers.
  • Experience in handling multiple phone lines.
