 | Manager, Sales Operations Job Description:
Responsibilities Job Purpose:
The Manager of Sales Operations is responsible for the management of all advertising campaigns for NBC Universal's Digital Media Group. These campaigns include display media, pre-roll video and sponsorship packages. This will encompass all aspects of implementation and coordination with external clients and internal Account Management team.
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for keeping the specs and all other process documentation current and accurate
Manage and supply tags and information for all new initiatives on iVillage Inc. O&O sites
Train the sales team on all new products and processes as needed
Work directly with the Director of Sales Operations to ensure that all details of sales operations are being upheld and that the Sales team is being properly supported
Provide support and solutions to the Sales and Sales Operations Teams
Oversee a team of 6 Ad Sales Coordinators

Bachelors degree
Experience in online media (5-years minimum), with at least 2 years of Digital Sales Operations experience
