Position Description:
Performs all accountabilities within Pharmacist scope of practice, with a focus on therapeutic assessment and intervention as needed for optimal patient care. Consultative services are provided to medical, nursing, respiratory, physical therapy, and other staff as requested. Education regarding medication use issues is provided to patients, families, and other caregivers.
Job Description:
[Required] Graduate of an accredited school of Pharmacy . Valid license as a Registered Pharmacist issued by the State of California . Certification in Basic Life Support for Health Professionals. Able to meet the Bona Fide Occupational Qualifications of the position as given in new hire physical.
