Qualifications include: Completion of an accredited BSN program, Masters' degree preferred. VA RN licensure. 5 years Medical Respiratory ICU experience, preferably Clinical level IV status. Excellent ICU bedside nursing, preceptor and resource management skills. Exceptional organizational and communication skills. Ability to prioritize effectively. Exceptional leadership, delegation and critical thinking skills needed.
