Sr. RFIC Designer: Koa Networks

There are many IC design engineering positions available at every level of expertise.

Job Description:

Design and layout circuits for transceiver applications including PA's, mixers, LNA's, IF amplifiers (VGAs, PGAs and FGAs), PLLs (PDFs, QPs, Dividers, Loop Filters), high-speed DAC's, and Discrete and Continuous Timer Filters.
Verify circuit designs and perform computer simulations using Analog Artist, Spectre RF and Microwave Office.
Generate and verify layout of circuits using Virtuoso and Calibre.
Test, measure, and debug circuits in the laboratory.
Prepare and present designs, simulation results and measurement data to design team.

Job Requirements :

Minimum of MS degree with 5 years experience in IC design.
Knowledge of simulation tools such as Cadence, SpectreRF, and Agilent ADS.
Knowledge of RF and analog circuit design and layout.
Knowledge of high-speed broadband data system transceiver design.

Senior RFIC designer
Years of Experience More than 5
Education MS/Ph.D in EE
Tech knowledge and skill required Familiar with RF design flow, hands-on experience on designing CMOS RFIC blocks, such as VCO, LNA/MIXER, PLL. Hands-on experience on RFIC layout.
Previous Project experience required One or more of the followings: CMOS LNA/MIXER, VCO for Bluetooth, WLAN, Mobile and other system
Design tools required Cadence analog/RF design tool
