Must have a Bachelor or Master's degree in Physical or Occupational Therapy and current IL licensure as a PT or OT.
Position Summary:
Provides and directs Physical or Occupational or Speech Therapy services to patients including assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation, related documentation and communication. Functions under physician's orders. Adheres to applicable principles and practices of Physical or Occupational or Speech Therapy, Innovative Senior Care policies and procedures and state regulations and code of conduct. In conjunction with the Regional Director of ISC Operations, supervises outpatient Physical Therapists / Assistants, Occupational Therapists / Assistants, Speech Therapists and Aides. Is responsible for outpatient program development.
