Job Description:
Manufacturing Specialist position within the Semi-Conductor/Micro-Chip Industry. This facility runs 24hrs a day, 365 days a week and is seeking qualified candidates with complete shift flexibility. This clean room manufacturing production position will be responsible for setting up and operation of variety automatic and semi-automatic machines used in the process of making micro-chips. Production processes will include such activities as aligning, masking, etch, diffusion, photo-lithography. Job tasks will be given from either work process sheets or by written/verbal instructions from the supervisor. Duties include checking and inspecting operations against predetermined standards. Work duties will include working with chemicals, gasses and microscopes. Candidates will be standing on their feet for 12 hour shifts and wearing a smock covering the entire body.

Job Requirements:
Candidate must have at least a High School Diploma or GED. Steady work history of 1 year within the past three years. Prefer: previous assembly and/or manufacturing experience. Must have excellent previous work references from past supervisors. Candidates must be able to pass a pre-employment screen. Must be able to perform multiple tasks at the same time. Must have 100% schedule flexibility to work any shift any day of the week. Must have basic computer operating skills, Internet skills and be able to type 10-15 words per minute.
