We currently have an opening for a top notch individual at our Headquarters in San Antonio, Texas for the position of Operations Services Associate. The primary responsibilities of this position will be to process lab supply orders and identify excessive spending. Validate expenses and recommend savings opportunities in the lab supply area. Specific Job Duties Include: 1. Execute lab supply processes including ordering, distribution of paperwork, receiving, assist accounting in research, identification of excessive spending, and MTD and YTD reports. 2. Manage inventory and distribution of store supply items processed by department. 3. Complete ordering, distribution of supplies for new store openings/relocations. 4. Complete requested tasks required by field or HO Management. Provide support to other associates on an as needed basis. Respond to store and field requests. 5. Places certain orders for stores from Staples, CCP, order and distribute items for CL mail order program and orders necessary RX stamps for stores. 6. Monitor MSDS and make changes as needed. 7. Email TD’s on late/incomplete lab orders. 8. Provide data entry support for Lab R&M/Cap expenses. The ideal candidate for this position must possess good knowledge of MS Excel and Word.
