Channel Marketing Manager: Lattice Semiconductor

Job Summary:

Our Low Density Digital and Mixed Signal Solutions provide best in class devices, IP and software tools for customers designing products for the communications, computing, industrial and consumer end markets. The digital solutions include the versatile MachXO PLD and the MACH4000ZE that provides industry leading low power. The Power Manager and Clock Manager devices provide flexible solutions for the challenges associated with clock and power supply management in many systems.

In this role as Channel Marketing Manager, you will provide global strategic channel marketing and channel development support for our Low Density and Mixed Signal Solutions. You will directly impact revenue generation by Lattice’s sales channel of reps, distributors and resellers through effective marketing and promotional programs.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with Product Marketing and Sales Management to define channel marketing programs required to support the Lattice Low Density Digital and Mixed Signal Solutions.
• Develop detailed implementation plans and manage the execution to these plans for marketing programs buy in agreed with the Product Marketing and Sales groups.
• Measure the success of programs through agreed upon metrics with the management team.
• Provide intelligence to the Low Density Digital and Mixed Signal Solutions team regarding trends and practices in the sales channel and how to leverage these practices in our marketing efforts.
• Form a global channel sales training program and channel specific marketing collateral for existing products and new products.

Qualifications:

• BSEE required and MBA preferred.
• 5 plus years global channel marketing experience.
• Proven expertise in implementing successful channel marketing and development strategies.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of electronic system design; programmable logic experience is a plus.
• Some experience in electronics distribution channels. Experience with Arrow and Avnet is a plus.
