Computer Support Specialist



Provide technical support services for end-user computer systems, including support services involving domain servers , exchange servers, firewall based virtual private networks , systems and network security software; and associated services involving the monitoring of content and e-mail filters; the testing of disaster recovery procedures; the implementation of systems patches and modifications; and the review of quarterly user and folder Audit reports.

U.S. or foreign Bachelor's (B.S.) or equivalent degree in computer science, computer engineering, electronics engineering, electronics and communication engineering, or related field.
