Raytheon Technical Services Company's (RTSC) Training Organization is currently seeking full time Administrative Assistant II This position is in support of the FAA Air Traffic Control Optimum Training Solution (ATCOTS) program.

Job Description:
Capability to enter and extract information from designated Government database programs as required by the FTL or authorized Contracting Officer's Technical Representative.
Ability to format and produce high quality and error free documents in response to program requirements.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently.
In addition to secretarial duties (filing, taking phone calls, scheduling appointments, making travel arrangements, recording meeting minutes), this position will provide administrative support to executive staff with office management responsibilities to include budgeting, personnel records, tracking mandatory contract response items and communication with COTR, assist with management of office resources and staff, assist with reviewing applications and interviewing candidates for employment, obtain FAA security clearances on all candidates seeking a position at the Academy on the ATCOTS contract, and payroll.
The Administrative Assistant may be required to work independently on projects requiring research and preparation of briefing charts and other presentation materials as well as respond to Corporate Program Management with site data required for program execution . Prompt and sustained attendance at the job site is a critical requirement of this position.
Required Skills and Experience
Minimum of three (3) years operating Windows and associated Microsoft Office applications, including: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, etc.
Certifications
This position does not require FAA certification.
Required Education: Candidates for this position must have, as a minimum, a high school degree or equivalent education.
