Our Inside Sales Representatives provide the best educational sales support to our customers, are knowledgeable about our Mozy Product Line and are focused on customer service.
Duties & Responsibilities
• Sells online data solutions to individuals and business, which includes giving a presentation over the phone; qualifying the customer for “product fit”; and closing the sale.
• Establish rapport and build customer relationships.
• Assist customer with any and all customer service needs.
• Take inbound/make outbound calls to businesses according to assigned market segment.
• Meet all sales/service standards, quotas and protocols.
• Prepares payments through proper channels.
• Must meet minimum standards in attendance, telephone talk time, and sales volume on a weekly and monthly basis.
• Attends weekly/monthly training as directed by manager.
• Attends weekly team meetings.
• Other duties as assigned
Education, Experience, Skills & Requirements
• Must have High School Diploma or equivalent, college course-work preferred.
• Previous call center, customer service, sales and/or previous telemarketing experience a plus
• PC experience required
• Experience in data entry and ability to navigate in a Windows environment
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Strong communication skills (must speak in a way that he/she can be understood and can understand others), excellent telephone skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to sit for long periods of time.
