We are seeking a Sr. Applications Developer to join our Application Development team. This is a fast-paced and challenging technical position that will allow the hired individual to expand his/her capabilities within a collaborative team environment. It also features growth potential within a Fortune 100 Company. The Sr. Applications Developer will work in a .NET environment primarily developing Windows applications and services in C# using Object Oriented Design.
C#/.NET Developer - Phoenix, AZ or Minnetonka, MN
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and unit test code for application development
- Collaborate with the team on application architecture design and decision-making
- Troubleshoot production support issues post release deployment and come up with solutions
- Work closely with other team members throughout the lifecycle of the project from design through quality acceptance and production deployment
Qualifications Qualifications:
Requirements:
- 3+ years of Object oriented design experience using C# and .NET
- 3+ years of Windows-based application development experience including User Interface design and Batch processing
- 1+ years of MQ (Message Queuing) experience
- Excellent problem solving skills, willingness to take on challenging tasks and bringing them to closure
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is required
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
Assets:
- 1 year of Crystal Reporting experience preferred
- 1 year of Java and Oracle experience preferred
- Performance tuning experience preferred
- Packaging and MSI install experience preferred
