A provider of comprehensive rehabilitation designed to help individuals recover life skills and personal independence, is seeking the following positions:
-RN Director of Nursing Services
-RN Staff Development Coordinator

Candidates will demonstrate high levels of clinical competencies, strong management skills, team building, and a desire to work in a fast-paced transitional and long term care environment. Candidates must show leadership qualities and want to provide and maintain excellent service and high standards of patient care. The RN Director of Nursing Services must have a current active VA State RN license and at least 5 years of clinical management and leadership experience, preferably in long-term care. The candidate must also possess comprehensive knowledge of nursing principles and practices as well as demonstrate excellent communication skills. The RN Staff Development Coordinator must have a current active VA State RN license and be certified by the State of VA to conduct Nurse Aide training classes. The candidate must also have at least 3 years experience in planning, implementing, and evaluating education programs in a healthcare setting as well as clinical experience in providing direct nursing care for extended care and/or transitional clinically skilled/rehabilitation patients.
