Men's Merchandise Manager: Cole Haan
Roles: Support the Director and Vice President Merchandising in managing the product merchandising responsibilities across all distribution channels to achieve revenue growth and profitability goals. Areas of focus include: product line planning, merchandising, and product forecasting. Responsibilities: o Develop and manage seasonal merchandising plans for assigned product categories to ensure the product assortment meets consumer needs, distribution channel requirements, and revenue and profit goals. o Develop and manage product creation process and seasonal calendar and coordinate key events such as concept and proto reviews, channel business, intersects, and line closings. o Act as a liaison to channels, Product Development, Pricing, Tech, Demand Planning, Production and Sourcing to facilitate product creation process. o Conceptualize new business models, identify market opportunities and help to construct and support the new iconic Cole Haan aesthetic. o Direct Design team to fulfill line plans answering to seasonal concept stories, Cole Haan aesthetic, proper price/value relationships, right blend of fashion and sale-ability, and business needs. o Evaluate, develop and mentor Merch staff to evolve their skill sets with changing needs of the business. Construct developmental action plans or make changes if necessary.
