Compliance Specialist
This position assists in conducting compliance investigations. This includes document reviews, CampusVue data reviews, call monitoring, and tracking of all investigations. Tracking and reporting of investigations are daily tasks in this position.

Compliance Specialist Duties
· Performs highly sensitive and confidential investigations
· Creates summaries to outline the results of investigations and communicates the information with executive management.
· Collects documentation and drafts reports to be used in support of investigations
· Research laws and regulations to develop a level of knowledge of regulatory requirements to identify risk factors for inclusion in the assessment process
· Sound understanding of compliance risks to assess problematic trends
· Frequent travel with varying durations and sometimes very limited travel notice may be required
· Other duties as assigned
Specific Skills/ Qualification:
· Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
· Strong oral and written communication skills
· Strong organizational and time management skills
· Demonstrated ability to work independently and make sound business decisions
· Must demonstrate flexibility and ability to travel with limited advanced notice
· Must possess leadership skills
· Excellent partnering and relationship building skills
· Very strong personality to adapt to potentially very aggressive and ever changing situations
