    Summary of Job Duties: Teach Esthetics curriculum at West Park Center located at 87th and Farley, Overland Park, Kansas. This program prepares students to take the Kansas State Board of Cosmetology examination. Instructor is responsible for all instructional duties.
Required Qualifications: Must have Kansas Instructor License or must have Instructor Training to qualify for current Kansas Cosmetology Instructor License. Must have a current Kansas Esthetics license and receive the additional education as reflected in Esthetics Instruction & Practice by The Kansas State Board of Cosmetology effective July 1, 2009 at the esthetician level of practice, not the medical level of practice. Preferred Qualifications: Salon and/or spa experience. Salon management experience. Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. Salary/Benefits: Competitive rate of pay.
