Position Summary:

Aspen Dental Management, Inc. is a leading Dental Service Organization in the United States . As a privately owned, multi-site healthcare services company with 200 locations in 14 states, we are aggressively developing a comprehensive nation-wide network of full service, value oriented dental practices. Our unique business model and successful ability to execute has resulted in rapid growth in both number of locations and revenue.

Responsibilities:

  • This position will report directly to the Territory Vice President of Operations and be responsible for the management and growth of all the retail operations in your territory. With your team, you will execute the Company's vision and build an integrated, high-quality, multi-site organization with strong brand equity.
  • Key priorities will include: successfully establishing and achieving milestones, strengthening internal operations, building revenues, and providing the leadership to enable the Company to continue its growth and enhance shareholder value.
  • You will have full P&L and team management responsibility for a territory that includes approximately 35 retail dental offices, 350 employees, and approximately $45MM in annual revenues. Your team will include 4 Regional Managers of practice development and 1-3 Multiple Office Managers.
  • You will champion the development and implementation of an efficient management infrastructure that will support the profitable growth of the Company through both new center start-up and same store growth.
  • You will provide outstanding leadership for a geographically dispersed team, recruit key hires, and implement training and cross training to continue to strengthen the organization's ability to deliver superior quality services. You will develop a high level of excellence in both the administrative/operations staff and in the clinical team.
  • You will drive a strong culture and environment that will support and enable all employees to be successful. You will foster accountability, teamwork and mutual trust and respect for all of employees through your mentoring and coaching activities.
  • You must have a passion for customer service and satisfaction. You will create a common vision of consistently superior service offerings and delivery. You will work with your team to ensure that each patient is highly satisfied with all aspects of their relationship.
  • You will have proven ability to improve retail business processes, methods, quality, and decision-making to achieve meaningful, measurable improvements.

Minimum Education and Experience:

Candidates for consideration will have a Bachelor's degree and 10 years of progressive experience managing within multi-unit retail, restaurant or service organizations and background experience that includes financial analysis and profit and loss responsibility, developing new markets, strong interpersonal and communications skills, planning and organizational project management skills, the ability to apply sound business judgment and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
