We are currently seeking a Technical Intelligence Analyst & Writer to join our dynamic team!

Responsibilities include the research, analysis, and documentation of

emerging technologies, features and trends that impact law enforcement in support of client needs. Effective communication and presentation skills to be used in creating publications and presentations on the client’s behalf. The ability to research and analyze documents (e.g., technical publications, white papers and news feeds) from technical organizations such as IEEE, 3GPP, universities, and corporations; monitor market changes and scientific technology introductions for advancements; and provide succinct summaries and technical breakdowns on a technology of interest for periodic publications is a must.

Position requires candidate to work with minimal supervision and interact with a government client and other contractors.

REQUIREMENTS

• Requires an aptitude for researching and discovering a technology trend, researching several sources and documenting the discovery for further discussions or future publications.
• Able to interact with company representatives and technical consultants advertising new products or technological advancements to discover and determine law enforcement impacts.
• Technical writing, reviewing, and editing experience – minimum two years.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, MS Office products (Excel, PowerPoint), and WordPerfect.
• Ability to use Visio in creating technical diagrams or flowcharts to enhance the readers experience and understanding.
• An excellent command of the English language (grammar and spelling) is an absolute must. Writing samples are required.
• Experience with a federal government consulting environment preferred.
• Effective communication and presentation skills are essential.
• Demonstrated ability to be self-motivated - needs to be able to follow directions as well as work independently in a fast-paced government contracting environment and multi-tasking.

EDUCATION REQUIRED

BS degree in a related technical field required.

A current DOD Secret Security Clearance or the ability to obtain this clearance is required.
