JOB SUMMARY: This is a highly visible position that requires excellent customer service skills, patience, professionalism and courtesy when dealing with each individual. Must be flexible and able to deal with new situations and make every effort to meet the needs of the employee or guest.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS1.Controls access to client site or facility through the admittance process; assists visitors with a legitimate need to gain entry to the facility; screens visitors and client employees in and efficient manner in order to expedite their admittance to the site or facility.2. Provides a courteous, respectful and pleasant interaction with each client employee and visitor; presents a good image of the client and its security department.3. Communicates in a manner that is open, honest and responsive in all situations.4. Coordinate necessary services to effectively supervisor site and provide quality customer service while ensure compliance to company polices and procedures5. Prepares reports as required for site; writes or types reports or enters information in a computer using standard grammar.6. Acts to ensure that all property removal is conducted within appropriate policy requirements and in accord with client standard; identify client products or materials among items carried by client employees or visitors.7. Carries out specific tasks and duties of a similar nature and scope as required for the assigned site.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: 3 years Supervisor / Concierge or related experience Experience in office management and reception Strong computer skills in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint & Excel
Skills required · Ability to provide high quality customer service. · Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively at various social levels and across diverse cultures. · Professional and courteous telephone manner. · Knowledge of or ability to learn security operations and procedures. · Ability to write routine correspondence. · Ability to clearly communicate with all levels of employees and management · Ability to carry out instructions furnished in written, or oral form. · Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced work environment · Ability to adapt to changes in the external environment and organization. · Ability to create and follow procedures and continuously improve on them
