Partnering with product management and account management, designed customized solutions to meet external customer needs, and ensures a seamless customer integration. Provides guidance and support for New Products, Account Management and Client Services.
Organizes and directs fraud analytic operations.Along with Technology Engineering, plans system, environment, and software support for fraud analytic operations.
Collaborates and establishes matrix linkage with other areas of fraud detection development.
Collaborates and establishes matrix linkage on operational policies and procedures between Ingenix and UHG business segments.
Coaching & mentoring staff.
Creates models of performance excellence by identifying best practices, building measurement systems and improving operational efficiency, assures optimal access and support for all system and technology.
Coordinates, supervises and is accountable for the daily activities of business support, technical or production team or unit.

Qualifications

    • BA degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
    • 10 years management experience
    • Minimum 7 years experience in health care operations (claim, call center, cost containment programs)
    • Previous work experience with UnitedHealth Group desirable but not essential.
    • Demonstrated success in leading a metrics driven organization
    • Strong independent decision-maker and risk-taker.
    • Strong process, organizational and project management skills.
    • Able to effectively communicate with all levels of internal and external customers, business partners and employees.
    • Strategic leadership, ability to clearly communicate the vision and problem-solve.
