Creates models of performance excellence by identifying best practices, building measurement systems and improving operational efficiency, assures optimal access and support for all system and technology.
Coordinates, supervises and is accountable for the daily activities of business support, technical or production team or unit.

- BA degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- 10 years management experience
- Minimum 7 years experience in health care operations (claim, call center, cost containment programs)
- Previous work experience with UnitedHealth Group desirable but not essential.
- Demonstrated success in leading a metrics driven organization
- Strong independent decision-maker and risk-taker.
- Strong process, organizational and project management skills.
- Able to effectively communicate with all levels of internal and external customers, business partners and employees.
- Strategic leadership, ability to clearly communicate the vision and problem-solve.
