Dance St. Louis, a non-profit presenter of dance, is seeking a Box Office Manager to oversee the daily, hands on operation of the box office including the management of a season ticket campaign as well as single event ticket sales.

Responsibilities: The box office manager will manage ticket policies and procedures including event set up, season ticket placement, single ticket events, and processing of ticket orders. Additional responsibilities include coordination of box office information systems, reporting and documentation to the accounting office, liaison to ticketing services and facility box office managers, and the management of group sales campaigns. This position reports to the director of finance and oversees seasonal box office staff. The manager will be expected to be in the box office for the majority of events to handle any ticketing issues. Subsequent ticketing reports will be due for settlements.

Qualifications: Candidate must be detail oriented and independent worker with strong organizational and customer service skills. Previous box office experience is required, including experience in cash management and reporting. Knowledge of ticketing systems (Paciolan and Tessitura) is a plus.

This is a full time position offering a stable schedule except for show dates. The position also offers a comprehensive health, dental, prescription and life insurance plan. Salary is commensurate with experience.
