This position is responsible for driving business in the VA market area. Responsibilities include developing marketing plans, contacting perspective clients, engaging in capture planning and capture activity, ensuring quality proposals and overseeing the planning and execution of work for the VA.

Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Health policy, Health Economics, Labor economics, Public Health or related field
- Institutional knowledge of VA required
- A demonstrated track record of success developing new business. Extensive contacts within Veteran's Affairs highly desirable, especially with high-level decision makers.
- Demonstrated leadership ability, strong strategic planning skills and high-level project management experience.
- Ability to think creatively, seize initiatives and delegate effectively.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills; exemplary interpersonal skills, diplomacy and tact.
- Collegial, open work style with colleagues and staff.
- Demonstrate professional achievement and skill in VA consulting, Health policy research and for contributing to the advancement of knowledge, techniques or new ideas in the marketplace
